5/7/2013 1:42:00 PMVery nice Bob! I fished that lake for the 1st time last Friday. The weather was beautiful, but quite windy. I spent hours trolling just about everything that can be trolled, in every part of the lake. The best I could do was 2 bumps, not even a good tug on my line. I'll admit, others said they were having success bottom fishing, but I was too stubborn. Way to go! Nice fish!

5/7/2013 1:54:00 PMWe were out at Stump Lake on Friday, never had a bite, so we spent the next three days at Nahwatzel We prefer trolling to still fishing, but Nahwatzel has not been productive that way so far this year, we've esp. done well in the fall trolling with spoons there, and in past years the trolling in the spring has been good. We like to give the fish what they like, I think that the insect hatches have been so good that the majority of fish are close to the bottom in deeper water feeding on emerging bugs.
