Our walleye bite has been up and down over the past few days. Off the hook bite Friday in crab creek and the word spread fast.25" big fish Friday, kept enough for dinner and released the rest. Total friday approx 20 walleye. Saturday was bumper boat fishing in crab creek with 50+ boats! Finally left the crowd and found some quality fish but it made for a long day. Saturday total 17 walleye 11-22 inches, five perch, a 2.5 lb small mouth, a 2 lb largemouth, and a 15 lb carp!
Sunday was overcast with a light wind that became 20+mph by noon. Far less pressure Sunday with many people having mothers day events. Thank you to my lovely bride to be Tanys for putting up with my fishing addiction! Boated 13 walleye to 26", nine perch 10-15" and a couple nice fat rainbows. Great short day!
Smile blades with a crawler, slow death, floating rapalas, and shadraps all produced fish.

Those are some very nice perch - can't argue about 10"+ fish...
