Had a great day fishing yesterday! Wife’s friend is in town for the weekend and brought her boyfriend so I took him and a friend fishing. $20 for a one day out of state license and they want your SSN# and all kinds of information, thought it was kind of ridiculous to fish one day but we put it to good use. We ended up putting a 3 person limit of 13 kokanee and 2 rainbows in the boat then went and anchored up in about 15’ of water and caught 15 perch. Dick night dodgers and red wedding rings baited with fire corn and pink maggots did the kokanee and bows in, worm on a hook took the perch. Weather cooperated too with no rain and periods where it was actually warm, cloudy most of the day though. I troll as slow as I can get away with depending on the wind. The kokanee were all around 11” and caught between 20'-30' down, well one hit a top line, the perch all 8-10”. Good times, tight lines all!
