Jeff continued to pound the bar in the morning while Anton works the face of Manson Bay for Lakers on Chelan. Work 5 feet off the bottom with Mack's Lures Cha Cha Squidders in green glow; Silver Horde Ace Hi Flies in splatterback glow colors and Worden Lures Flatfish in U20 and T4 in Luminous Chartreuse and Purple Glow. This report covers morning trips on 7/1 and 7/2 and a mid-day trip on 7/2 that we only had to fish for an hour and a half to get Jack Gall(6) his requisite 6 fish. Summer has arrived in the Chelan Valley.

The 7/1 morning trip with the Pennington men was significant because it was the first time grand daughter McKinley (11) deckhanded for me! What a treat!
