Been a while since fished with the KOKANNE KING and actually fished for KOKANEE it was nice !! Beautful Day ! launched at Public Launch The New Nicer Launch read not open till 7 so we launched luckily KOKANEE KING experienced and has keel protectors on his LIVINGSTON!! Good JOB !! Myself and a guy with a nice LUND 12 watched how it was done!! Waters involved!!!! Got fishn hooked half doz before the other lauch even opened but had a longer than usual very limber pole and downrigger temperaliy OUT OF ORDER! Maybe Next Time needed an extention!! Used Pink Maggots ! Small Red Flasher and Pink hootchie!! After changing to a shorter pole same gear as getting hooked up but kept loosing the fish on the way in and at boat!! Sharpened hooks and got four more in !! Had to use a dipsy diver lil heavy for the longer limber pole! Beautiful water smooth as silk great Temperature!! Saw some Larger Boats out on this small lake ?!! Around the time the Newer Launch opened and at 901 am the water skiers started and we got off the water!! WE " LL BE BACK WITH OUR PINK SRIPPED FLASHERS AND PINK MAGOTS!! TY Had we limited this would of been a five!! Had a Great Time!! Do it again Soon!!
