Sorry for such a late report but my vacation is almost over. Just moved here and used to catching crappie back on Truman Lake in Missouri. Anyhow, took me a minute but found the crappie in Alder Lake and they turned out to be pretty nice. I consider a limit to be 15 crappie all over 9”. Anything else goes back in the lake. Have to say from the 12th till yesterday been going about every other day and bringing home my limit. Crappie been averaging easy between 10 and 11 inches with several hitting 12 to 13 and biggest so far at 14. Would show more pics but sure you would figure out exactly where I got em ;). Crazy thing is you can reel in a nice white crappie and cast into the same spot and pull out a nice black one. Getting a little tired of catching em so me and the little ones are gonna see what size bass are in the lake. Wishing everyone tight lines
