Since the river was running fast and high on my last river outing decided to hit the local lakes till river came back to normal, target lake was green got to the 65th dock around 8am one guy fishing and got some bows already, but my mind set was to catch one of those carp,so bait up some corn on my other line and kastmaster on the other,for some reason i just cant get the lmbass off my lure, they are hitting my lure like crazy bass on every cast and anywhere, not the big ones but they still get me entertained. For carp it was nothing so decided to change set up for rainbow trout. Powerbait on both pole bottom fishing.hook up three.and call it a day just after nine.the guy fish next to me landed two nice size perch on bobber and nighcrawlerh. Nice to get out and hook up some fish.
