I took Stealheadin360 up on his smokin' offer for a Lake Stevens Kokanee adventure with my son (the one who would get up)! We began the day around 8:15 (after yours truly finally called for directions to the dock!). The day was cloudy and the wind kicked up, but no rain, which made for a nice day on the lake. We had our gear in the water probably 20 mins when the first one hit. Nice and fat around 12 inches! We had a few multiple hookups, but mostly a consistent fish every 15 mins or so. When we started there were quite a few boats out, but didn't see their nets in the water as frequently as ours.

We left the lake around noon with 14 nice fish! Biggest was 13 1/2 inches. But the best part is I left with great instructions on how to fish this lake in the future. Thanks Zack!!
