It's been many moons since I've posted a report (heck, anything on this website for years :P) Anyways headed out to Martha for Opening Day. Started Late because of a friend had to cancel. Met up with another friend already there. Being late though, sounded like I missed a epic bite for sunrise! But still did a phenomena job for being 2+ hours late with quite a chop on the surface. Many Stockers being caught on almost anything. Kastmasters, Spinners, spoons. Heck even bass gear! No bass yet! :( Went through most of the afternoon with a lot less bites. Once the evening rolled around decided to put on some pop gear with a 3 foot leader to a green/red wedding ring, Then it was non stop action until the rain picked up! Best Opening day at Martha for quite a few years. Also I managed to catch a 16'' inch holdover. Also sounded like many folks were also nailed a few 14+ inchers!
