Hit the water about 10:00 this morning. Beautiful sunny sky's and the mountain looked huge today. It was a bit of a challange today because I had knee surgery less than a week ago and I'm still not that mobile yet however I only had to get myself into the boat seat and then good to go. Caught about a dozen fish today nothing really big mostly pounders and a couple dinks and a baby tiger musky to boot. Most fish were caught in about 6-8 feet of water with a drop shot near stumps. A couple caught off of docks. By the time I fingered it out I realized we were catching males guarding the nest. The nest were not easy to spot at all but I noticed a cleaned out space at the base of a stump between the roots that I assume we're spawning beds. That and the bass were smaller and did not have fat bellies. Not to worry all were released and I even noticed one back at the same stump a few min. Later we leg him alone that time. Was off the water by 3 pm.

Sorry about the spelling posted from my phone and I don't know why the pictures always turn sideways they don't show that way in the preview.

One thing I've noticed, is that the new 'smart' phones have no idea which way is up. LOL
