Well today was an absolutely amazing day for fishing in general. Tons of fish hooked, released, and lost. My main goal was going after those trophy 15-17 inchers. 25 ft down on the wire seemed to be where the bigs boys were at. I landed 3 of 7 bigger fish on the chartreuse wedding ring. The other 4 unbuttoned on the side of my pontoon or as I was releasing my DR clip. Didn't matter where you trolled you would hook into fish. Tons of small ones to be caught. They were everywhere. My biggest fish pushed 16.5" and was fat. You can see the size and girth of this fish in the pic as it sits on my cooler. 3 star day today because I didn't land 2 more to complete my limit. I also met SalmonSlammin out there as well as FishDawg... Nice to meet you fellas and it looked like we all did some work on those kokes, catching and releasing.Tight Lines...
