Did ok, a few fish, biggest at 2.27 smallie on a dropshot with pumpkin sniper snub. It was also the most interesting fish. Had a nip on the line and it took the worm. Put on a new sniper and tossed it back it. The line sank, and sank, and sank, and sank. I said to myself, "It isn't THAT deep in there". So stopped the line, engaged the bail, took up all slack, and felt the fish, and set the hook. That baby headed right towards a buoy line. I think it knew if it ran around the rope it could break off. Took some high speed maneuvering with the electric to catch up with the fish, and guide it around the buoy line. Made it. He then swam back in forth and in big circles. He WASN'T going to come to the boat. But I managed and won out. Netted and then let him go.
Ended with a couple on crankbaits, 1 on a senko, and a couple on the dropshot.
