Trolling for Lake Trout in the Trench, on the Bar, off the tip of Wapato Pt., along the face of Manson Bay and up along Colyar Ledge continues to be productive. The Bar and Colyar Ledge work best early in the morning. The Trench and the face of Manson Bay are great later in the day. Worden Lures T4 Flatfish in GPLF and Silver Horde's Needlefish Squid rigs with a Mack's Lure Smile Blade in front are the go to lures. Troll at 1.1 to 1.4 mph for best result. As always, keep your presentation as close to the bottom as possible without dragging.
