havent been fishing like i used to. some health issues. friday., i will have biopsies on three lung lymph nodes. and, i have not had luck, the times i went to american. today, i loaded the boat, got gas, and headed out. got on the water about ten am. put on my usual. a seps hammered nickle, and a pink wedding ring. one hit, in half hour. i then swtiched, to a gold DD dodger, with the wedding band. i then, preceded, to hook, and get have in, before losing, 9 straight fish. WHAT!? i thought about it. re worked my hooks. a number six gammi drop shot, followed by a #10 treble. i then proceded, to make up for the fish i have been missing. i was a naughty boy, i was! so, i will show my "legal five". lol. i was fishing close to the shore, across from the boat launch. in only 50 ft of water, and down 27'. about 22 pulls out behind the downrigger. i then moved out a ways, in 60+ water. after like noon, my freind and his dad, came out. the day before, they had taken 15 fish, one being over 15".they had another person wth them. me? my two dogs. they count, right? today, they could not compete with "the doc"! asked me, why i did not just lay a small gillnet out, and do even better? commerical koke fishing. thats me. lol. anyway, i got my five, and near hand fed an eagle one. no joke. it came withing ten ft of the boat. i caught three of next years fish, all about ten inches. mine were all a foot long, and the big one was 13.5. may just have to go out again, as i want to put up some half pint jars, of these wonderfull fish. wish the dept would raise limit to ten. why not? they all going to croak anyway. no spawaning is succesfull here, and i dont beleive they take from this lake, for eggs, like they do summit. im kind of the "wally", in gran torino. i simply tell any sayers...GET OFF MY LAWN! and, i mean it. the kokanee kid, is my protege'. i brought him into this koke buis. just a nice fish story. here are my five fish, and the lure i used to kill em. i love the treble. most, are right in the side of the skull. lol. some, have both hooks, and a few, i spoke to with my friend, said the treble was in their mouth. seem to be 3 to one females........
