started fishing at about 5 and had a rough start. took forever at the ramp and got line in the motor twice but still managed to get 2 fish. when we got out there i found that my lure was caught on a snap on the edge for the cover so i had to flick that off and wasted time. then not long after my grandpa said "i got a fish" he had it hooked and it went under the boat and in my line and drug my line in the motor, but somehow still landed it. after a while of untangling and retieing we got fishing again. another 10 minutes went by then i hooked one. this one didnt get tangled. we got it. it was a little bigger than the last but still not good sized. that was all the bites we had the rest of the morning. one caught at 40 feet and one at 43 feet. used macks lure double d dodger with pink hootchies.
