This report covers July 31st thru August 2nd. Lake Chelan' lower basin continues to pump out good numbers of Lakers. Fish within 3 to 5 feet of the bottom using Worden Lures T4 and U20 Flatfish in either LUCH or GPLF or Gold Star Needlefish Squids rigged with a big Mack's Lures Glow Smile Blade and baited with a chunk of Northern Pikeminnow. Keep your speed at 1.2 mph for best results. The mornings this time of the year are absolutely spectacular! It is very hot in the middle part of the day. Dress and plan accordingly...
