My daughter requested that I take her out for a few hours of fishing before she had to-go-to work on Sunday morning. Whats a dad to do but say OK. We were on the water watching the sunrise with a fall chill in the air and spending some father daughter time chasing large mouths. The fishing was somewhat slow but we did mange to catch a dozen with my daughter landing the best one of the morning, it was about 4 1/2 lbs. She hooked it in the same area I had just caught a dink and where I had mentioned losing a nice fish a month ago. The only other highlight of the morning was watching a 34 inch Tiger chase a 10 inch dink I caught towards the boat. I caught the dink on a drop shot and was pulling it out of about 22 FOW when Mr Tiger decided to give chase. I though about doing a figure 8 with the bass but there was no way I could have been able to get a hook into the Tiger, plus live bait isn't authorized so there was that also.
