Fished the main lake at Cda today with Mark K. We had a great day of weather and fish catching. The numbers wetre not what we were hoping for but the quality of fish was excellent. We started the day with My 40"+ pike in excess of 20lbs. We got the catch on video but while I was trying to remove the lure from the fish, it managed to thrash and flop out of the net, breaking off the brand new hook, and bending another while flopping out of my net, then it quickly swam away. 7 minutes later Mark hooked landed and we photographed his 39" 15lb 11 ozer. BY the end of the day I caught 2 more fish of 30 and 31 1/2" along with another smaller pike and Mark got another 30"er. Great weather, outstanding fish and an overall awsome time on the water.
Fish were in about 10" of water and hit crankbait, spoons, spinnerbaits, and a frog.
