Beautiful day, so I went out to the docks by Evan's pool. Got there around 1 PM; 4 or 5 other people were fishing, which is about the upper limit for people you can comfortably fit on there and still have space to cast. Everybody was using powerbait or similar bait-n-wait rigs.

Within ten minutes, the other fishers had brought in 6 decent trout. They still seem to be moving in groups, so they'll hit fast and move on; after that, it was pretty dead for an hour, but the others caught two more.

I was advised to adjust my leader line from 18" to about 24", which is the depth they seem to be moving at. Ten minutes later, I had two fat trout, which is already more than I can eat in an evening, and one was a personal record for Green Lake. Overall, a beautiful day, and plenty of trout for everyone!
