Went out to Bitter lake Sunday morng ish got out on the water about 8:45 wanted to wait for the Sun to come up.
was not to bad out after the sun started warming up. ok back to the fish story. so i think the fish have started to spread out through out the lake now. a few weeks ago i was limiting out within a 1-1/2 to 2 hr. at the most, now
its taking a little longer seems the fish are getting a little pickyer had a lot of hits trolling but they dont seem to be hiiting as hard as they were. I was trolling a few differant Dick nite lures caught one with a pink one then not much of any thing for a round trip up and down the lake trolling. I decided to drop my anchor and still fish for a little while so I could change my setup on my trolling poles, changed over to some small flashers with a silver & green Dick nite behind the flashers and a pink one on my other pole.while i was donig that caught one still fishing with orange power eggs. the wind died down a little so started trolling again. caught 2 more within about 1/2 hr after I started trolling again. Well then my battery started to die so i headed to where i launch decided to drop anchor and fish for a few min. while a got my other poles and stuff put away. with in just a few min after casting out with power eggs on a drop shot set up i caught the biggest fish of the day just at 14" tip to tip . started reeling in other pole and started to get a hit on it wait wait wait and nothing so reeled in and re casted both poles and wham another fish on my one pole . the pole I was catching the fish on off the the bottom had about 3 ft. from hook down to the sinker the other pole had a 2 ft liter so the longer one was the ticket for me fishing of the bottom.
Ended the day withe 6 fish.
