Pepe' lured Jeff out to get some Kokanee with a couple of his incredible pies. The biters were a bit finicky, but once again the fish were at a wide variety of depths. It took a very active approach to keep moving the gear from level to level. The got fish all the way from 50 to 146 feet deep. Mack's Lure's Mini Cha Cha squids and wedding rings behind Mack's Double D Dodgers did all the damage. They were tipped with Pautzke's Fire Corn. The small fish was 11". The others were 14-15 inches.

Also, a special thanks to the Salas family of San Diego, CA for coming out for a morning of Mack fishing at the tail end of the cold snap. The Barrens and trench continue to produce Mac's at a nice clip.

The weather is moderating again, so this is a good time to shake of that cabin fever and fish Chelan!
