Bobby Loomis of Mack's Lure's and Mark Lippencott, regular Chelan angler came out with Jeff to keep a bead on the Kokanee. The rainbows were a nice bonus... especially the 4.9# "big". Mack's Lure's Orange squiddy's and wedding rings baited with Pautzke's Fire Corn pulled at 1.1 mph in depths of 63 to 197 feet produced the bites. The kokanee were all 14 to 15 inches. Again, locating them with sonar and running the gear right on top of them is the key to getting these deeply suspended fish to bite.
