Launched out of Mardon around 7:00 am, worked the goose area humps from 25 to 40 FOW, marked a few fish on the wind side of humps, worked them with jigs and crawlers, blade baits, rattle baits, pretty much any vertical presentation I could think of didn't pick up any fish. Transitioned from the goose island area to mid lake and worked deeper humps 30 - 50, caught one small eye dragging a crawler slow. Got one decent 11" perch on a blade in 40 FOW working to a 25' hump.

Transitioned to crab creek mouth and worked shallow humps with same presentations, marked a few fish but nothing that wanted to cooperate. Ended up working some of the humps that weren't taken up by boats, this was around 12 noon though and the weather switched to absolutely calm with bright sunshine, great for us in the boat...bad for a walleye bite. No takers not even small perch.

Went to the break in front of the state park launch and worked the 28-34 FOW break, ripped blades and tried a slow troll presentation with bottom bouncer didn't get a bite from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Had to drive back to Moscow and pulled the plug.

Missed the hot bite again this time...hopefully some other folks did better, everyone we talked to on Sunday was moving and scraping to get 2 or 3 keepers all day.
