Got off of work around noon today,sun was out,slight cloud cover,and no wind..hmm what a great day for fishing I though to myself. So after thinking long and hard I made up my decision in about 2 seconds that I was going fishing(never really have to think about that one??)

So I called up a buddy,we went to lake roesiger to try for some LMB. There was one other boat on the water,but had no luck. I mean we usually never left this lake with out catching atleast one fish(that's a fish story),my point is that we usually do good on this lake. Well today I tested my patience and skills,turns out I had both but no fish at the end of the day.

We used everything we had,used it at a slow pace,spotted fish around 20-30 ft just had nibbles(probably perch). We tried the shore lines...everything.water temp was 46 degrees,weather couldn't be better,although it got chilly when the sun was setting. Overall I still enjoyed just have a great time being outdoors,just wish I could've caught my first bass this year:)
