Let me know know if you find settings that seem to work better than others. I use mine in Lake Chelan.

Not much for a report, but was out testing the Lowrance Elite 7 I just installed and decided to troll a while since I was there. I launched out of the Kirkland boat launch and just stayed on the east side of the lae from the 520 bridge back to Kirkland. So only a couple bait balls but noting to show for it. I definatly like the detail of the depthsounder verses my old Humminbird and I was able to play with all the settings. The only thing I couldn't figure out is why the depth on the chart platter was not accurate at all. Like it show the deepest part of Lake Washington only being 65ft? And there was no difference between the base Lowrance map and the Lake map they provide on the mirco SD. I still have my portable Garmin gps with marine maps on it to at least see what the depths are supposed to be. I will have to keep looking into that before fishing starts heating up.
