3/13/2015 7:37:00 AMThe WDFW Public Access; lots of bank space, but bring a plastic grocery sack or two to P/U after the PIGS. I filled one up to overflowing with an assorted bunch of garbage. It made for an interesting hike back to the car.

I did have some good feelings yesterday as we drove down Westside Highway just north of Longview, Wa. There we're about 5-6 guys from the Cowlitz Corrections Department work crew that were picking up garbage that was along both sides of the road in the ditches that people had either thown out or blew out of peoples trucks.I had contacted the guy that is in charge about a month ago and lo and behold he did something about it. It was like a breath of spring air. They certainly get an ataboy from me since we drive that road every day. Sorry about the slow fishing at Sprague. Keep at it. It will definately pick up when it gets thru turning over. Take care. Tight lines.
