Beautiful morning on the water. For the most part the water stayed pretty calm. Ran into quite a few anglers I met last year. Good to see you fellas again! Hope you guys knocked me dead as well.
As for fishing, stared out pretty slow. Had my first koke within 5 minutes in my troll. A few hit and runs after that but nothing until an hour and a half later when the surface temps started to increase. From there it took about 45 minutes to finish off my limit of Kokes and bows combined. The set up I used is in the pic to the right. I was fishing 10 ft on the wire the entire time. Of course baiting my hooks with corn and using krill procure scent. This is just the beginning to a great spring ahead of us. Good luck to you all and tight lines!
