Need to take a drive so headed out for a drive to Fall City, WA after a small snack decided to go try my luck at some trout at Lake Alice. Arrived at the Lake at 4:40pm Only one car was parked in boat ramp area. Started to set up for bottom fishing from shore and first thing I see is, a custom float with 2 lounge chairs a dog and a electric motor out trolling the lake. It look like a cool craft. Ten minutes later I spotted the Drift boat that belonged with the car parked in boat ramp.

I checked out the boat ramp and looks to be in good shape. Heavy millfoil in the lake after 20 minutes and not one bite I started to see fish surfacing on flies like crazy. You can see rings on images. While fishing I did see people on float tubes as well. The best part of the evening was when a resident walked out on his dock with fly rod in hand. First cast 12 " trout. Three more casts and three more fish within 5 minute period. He cleaned the fish and placed them on a BBQ on his back porch. Lucky Bugger!
