Best day ever number wise for me at silver. I caught a total of 25 large mouth and one Tiger Muskie. 7 were 4 lbs or over with the largest 5 1/4 to 5 1/2 lbs. All were shallow with some coming off of beds, something I normally try to avoid. The water was crystal clear but there is moss everywhere along the shoreline. The Tiger was 28 inches and is bleeding in the picture because he swallowed my senko so I cut the line and released him. The best fish of the day was near a dock where a little boy told me I should be using worms, he kind of changed his mind after I showed him that big girl full of eggs I caught right next to his dock. All in all a great way to start off the Memorial Day weekend. Hopefully everybody takes a moment this weekend to think about those brave souls who gave their lives so we can enjoy spending time with our families safe here at home.
