Was over in eastern Washington taking care of business. On way back home, decided to stop off at the park on Moses lake by the highway.

Fished by the rocks.

In about 2 hours, landed 6 smallies and 1 bonus fish, walleye. 2 decent one. 1 estimating about 2lbs. Other 2.5lbs. Rest were much smaller. All bass caught on DS.

Got me the bonus fish on a mid diving crankbait. My biggest walleye to date. Had to have been about 18-19". It got me all way trying to bring it to shore. And wet again releasing it. When it turned to go back into the water, it did a big, broad sided slap with that tail, LOL.

Pretty good in my books for fishing from the banks. All these fish caught at roughly the same spot. A little bit of fan casting.

Yeah, it was my first time fishing Moses. I've driven along that I-90 bridge multiple times and wondered if I could fish it. This time, while over on the east side, I saw on the map, the park right there. I was originally going to fish off the dock, but by the time I got there, there were a few teens swimming off it. So I decided to walk around a bit. Worked out great for me this time. Beginners luck.
