So got home from Lake WA Saturday and got a text from Fish Dawg wondering if I had my boat back~ informed him I was boatless in Seattle so he offered a ride on his boat to chase some kokes on Lake Meridian! Sweet! We have been talking for a couple of years of actually fishing together after passing each other many times of a variety of bodies of water so was looking forward to expanding my knowledge some more with another fishing legend!

We met at 5 am and he was already in the water with motor running anxious to get after them! It didn't take long to get our 1st one in the boat and it looked like we were on our way to a good day on the water! And it was! With just an absolutely beautiful sunrise and view of Mt. Rainier behind us we proceeded to get 1 fish shy of our limit by 8:30~ but then it happened drum drum drum~~~

Yep fish after fish eluded our net for about 2 hours before finally by 10:30 after running into DJ Butler, he said head over to the west side and BAM! Final fish of the day! Thanks DJ!!!

Really enjoyed spending the day with another fellow koke addict and really appreciated the offer Bryan! So maybe not having a boat was not so bad after all!!

Believe it or not, got a call that night for another invite on the water! Report to follow!
