Got out on the lake about 8:30 with my 2 son in-laws initially the bite was really slow then it heated up close to noon. We were 1 short of our limit when we called it quits for the day. 7 coho 8-10 inches 6 coho 15-16 inches and 2 brown trout at 16 inches. We were trolling near the floats that mark the low water just east of the boat launch at the county park. I used a 3 oz weight a 4 inch silver dodger a pink and white hoochie tipped with cocktail shrimp and was down 80 poles. my 2 son in-laws used #4 deep sixes one used pop gear and a wedding ring the other was set up like me and they were down 30 and 40 poles. the pop gear only attracted the 2 smallest fish of the day so he switched to run a hoochie. we were trolling in a loop from just out from shore in about 60 feet of water out to 130 feet of water. The fish were biting at the drop off point aroun9 90-100 feet of water. Over all it was a good day to be out.
