Fished this beautiful lake for the first time. Water temp. was 60 and weather was sunny to cloudy and windy. Our first evening there the lake was glass and fish were jumping everywhere. After trolling a small homemade spinner that is deadly 99% of the time I only had a couple light bites. Talking to other fishermen that were out, they said they were 4-6 inch kokanee. The next morning my gf and I picked up 2 nice 16 inch bows on mallow and night crawler. Latter that day I caught another one about 15.. Couple still fishing near our campsite picked up a nice 16 brook trout. One guy that trolled by caught several smallmouth bass, so there is quite a variety in this lake. Our last day it was so windy that we couldn't fish much. Lots of deer wandering the woods. We had a 2 pt buck walk right thru our campsite and munch on moss without a care in the world.
