An absolutely phenomenal opening day of Sockeye fishing at Lake Wenatchee!

We had 3 limits in the boat in under 2 hours this morning and lost a few as well, the action was hot and heavy once we figured out what depth they were at! We were trolling bare hooks behind a size 0 dodger going just about as slow as we could go! We had the most success with the downriggers down 50 to 70 feet. The fish are in great shape and the meat is perfect!

Be careful by the State Park, the water is very low and the rocks heading out of the channel are extremely shallow!

We have openings for this month, so call 5092647684 or email info@uppercolumbiaguide.com to get in on this hot action! Check out our website uppercolumbiaguide.com!

Premier guided fishing for Walleye, Kokanee, Salmon, Steelhead & Trout on the Upper Columbia River. Ranging from Bonneville Dam to Chief Joseph Dam. And also Wenatchee River, Drano Lake, Icicle River, Methow River, Okanogan River. Lakes include, Banks Lake, Potholes Reservoir, & Lake Chelan.

How far up lake did you have to go? I am camping at the state park on Monday and am running from there.

Lingking there are people catching them along the sides half way up by the red and white boat house, by Sockeye Point about 3/4 of the way up on the right side and all along the top end of the lake!
