Took Friday off and decided to head to my favorite late. Called everyone in my book and no one was off on a Friday. Well, I guess that is normal? LOL I finally threw a life jacket on my mini mariner and took the dog.

You have to try to get to this lake in the next week or so. Its lights out on Koke's if you use a certain set up. I threw on the Macks Flack Lite 4 blade series in Silver and Toni's http://www.wannafishalure.com Rainbow tipped with pink fire corn on one rod, and like the "adventurer" I am ( read Stubborn) I tried everything else in my box. The silver/pink set up caught a fish every 10-15 minutes like clock work from the start at 8:30 until I left at 3pm. The what else I could find rod caught two Cutthroats over that time.

Speed was 1.3 and the depth was 22 feet again. I went all over the north end of the lake, but the best was still in a big circle from the ramp to the other side and back again. The edge of the 30 foot ledge up to the 6 foot sand flats were the best spots by far.
