After checking the weather forecast for Saturday we wanted to see if can't jig up some more lingcod. The weather was a little too ruff, especially when there is a 14 foot tidal exchange. Decided to hit our favorite Kokanee lake, lake Stevens! Launched the with my dad and brother around 5:00am and lines in the water by 5:15am. Right off the bat we had a double hookup, brought those fish in 2 nice 14-15 inch slabs! That continued all morning, trolling around the air raetor and randomly trolling around the lake. Doubles, triples and quadruple hookups were the norm. Had an excellent morning and limited out with 30 fish in the box within an hour and a half. Assassin spinners and flies was the hottest rigs we used to put these silver bullets in the box. All fish caught from surface to 20 feet.
