6/14/2016 4:32:00 PMI make all my own lures , A wedding ring green / red with smile blade about 12" of leader and I only use fluorocarbon behind a macks dodger or a sling blade which I bend slightly for more action. Pink, orange, and custom white hoochies work just as well. Right now we are hitting these fish any where from 15' to 50'. Had as many at 50' on the wire as we did on a top pole that we ran 1 oz. of lead.
