Perch can become stunted by overpopulation & eating themselves out of house and home but that doesn't seem likely on Lake Washington. When you find small ones like that you can either just enjoy catch & release or fish in different water.

I've been wanting to fish some good eating perch from Lake Washington. I'd be fishin from Kenmore boat launch some time this Summer. Thanks!

6/30/2016 7:04:00 PMtheDrifter - Catch and release was fun. A couple days later, I started to get some bigger perch. Also saw a carp swimming around.
jockol - I think this time of yr there should be perch just about everywhere in Lake Washington. Sorry can't give out my spot.
RL44 - Not sure. Probably good for a yr, until the negotiations begins again with the natives. Keep an eye on the WDFW site.
