Got out just before dark and headed out in front of the resort on a flat at about 28 feet. Usually would aim for a little deeper, but liked the look of the flat sitting off deeper water. Anchored up and lights running about time sun was hitting horizon. Ran glow hooks just off bottom and picked up some nice incidental crappie. Kokanee bite started about an hour after that. They bit light as usual and though had times of more frequent bites, had just as many times we were wondering if the fish were congregating elsewhere though we kept marking fish that looked like kokanee. First half of near limit came easy but second half had to work for every fish. White glow hooks seemed to work the best with garlic flavored corn. After catching Roosevelt kokanee, you get a little spoiled on their size.
