After being forced to stay in Wednesday night due to rain and wind we finally went out for some night fishing. Got out to granite by 9:45 with a little light still left. Dropped on down and caught sunfish right away. It always seems like I catch a perch or sunfish before the Kokanee start to roll in. After that I caught four pretty quick and my buddy caught his first Kokanee. The fishing slowed for a while before I ended up with 18 and him only 2. He had a lot of missed hookups so we switched rods and he caught two right away. Once looking at his setup I realized his glow hook was a little bigger than mine. Put on a smaller hook and he ended up catching six more really quick. I caught five more bringing our total to 33 out of 40 fish limit since it resets at midnight. Could have limited but we were ready to go in with plenty of fish to clean in the near future. All in all a good night.
