Well we went fishing the day after it opened and fishing was amazing everyone was hooking up like they were humpies out in the sound best I have ever seen it so today I decided to go back only a. Couple days after I was just there so I did the whole get up at 145 thing drive 1.5 hours and wait in the mess of a line at the boat launch and then weave my way through a million logs to the fishing ground about 5 min in I got hit but it was just a 3lb dolly after that nothing for 5 hours not a single bite and I tried everything even every depth I only saw 5 fish caught and talked to a checker only 4 fish came in by 9 so I would say fishing sucks don't know why could be the rain or the 2000 people out there but I will try again during the week with smaller crowds hopefully they get out of lock Jaw I have never left there without a sockeye and with 10k fish in the lake wtf

Are the logs just near the launch or are they scattered throughout the lake? I was planning on showing up before dawn, but if the debris is bad, maybe I shouldn't.

We smoked em Thursday and also went today. The logs/debris stretched from one end of the lake to the other..side to side (virtually no debris on Thursday)! They must have raised the lake level 3' which floated endless debris...also turned the bite off completely...We went 1 for 3 & saw very few caught. Agree, weekdays from now on...better yet, King fishing in salt water...much more aggressive!

Same story. Lots of fish in the lake, but they're just not biting. Seems like we had constant meter marks out in front of Noisy all weekend. with only a few bites.

Same as last year, couple boats catching the vast majority of the fish.
