Arrived at lake and had to deal with someone with a bass boat who decided to put in and then park his rig and trailer right in the prep area. Luckily, I know how to back a trailer down.

The stickups out on the 20-25 foot curve directly out from the ramp produced some nice crappie and a couple 14 inch LMB. Used a white color plastic grub tipped with a small bit of crawler. Used same setup near the stickups closer to the northwest corner of the lake and got some more crappie and a couple decent trout - complete with the parasites we are all becoming accustomed to.

Pretty windy day for still fishing. Considering I was swinging all over the place, it was a pretty good day. Wrapped up at noon and was off the lake.

The thermocline is sitting at about 25-27 feet of water, folks. And the top of the water is about 66 degrees right now. A couple degrees cooler than this time last year.
