The Laker fishing on Chelan has been the model of consistency as we have moved into the fall pattern in the Trench. Pulling Jeff Drifts made from Mack's Lures taper beads and Smile Blades as well as Silver Horde's Kingfisher Lite spoons have hammered out more than 2 fish and hour. Working depths of 210 to 250 feet at about 1 mph has been the ticket. This is the most beautiful time of the year to fish Chelan. The summer crowds are gone, there are activities galore, the weather is magnificent aside from the great fishing.
