I know its way early in the year for kokanee on lake Stevens, but i figured it was worth a shot. I saw no jumpers. Trolled from 10ft down to 80ft. Tried pink and glow kokanee assasin and green wedding rings and orange and ping kokanee assasin. Mixed up a few bags of white shoe peg corn added tuna oil, then in different bags kokanee attack, kokanee super sauce and dipping sause. Used pink half fast, silver and gold and silver dick nite and glow green rocky mountain dodgers. Tried slow at 1-1.5 in at first light in the morning and moved to 2mph towards the end of the morning shift around 10am. No bites, marked a few at various depths, they seemed to be hanging out around 35-45 ft, a few big ones at 80ft. Water temp was 40 degrees in the center and 38/39 around the edges. I am going to wait till we get a few good weeks of sun before I try it again.
