The Pinks are in! Well, depending on when you fish. We launched at 6:30am from Mukilteo and ran about 1/2 way down to SW, then started trolling. Anglers were: Dan, his son Max, myself, and my son James. We ran two rods for the most part during the day and occasionally a third stacked line. Standard pink gear at depths of 35 to 65 feet. Hit a fish almost immediately after dropping the gerar down. A great bit continued that lasted until 7:50am. Then, nothing. We had a couple doubles and lost a few more. Ended up with 4 pinks in the boat and one nice 7-8 pound silver. The silver was caught at 60 ft down. But after the AM bite we didn't get another bite, nor see anyone else save one fish at 11:30am, which was when we called it a day. I was kinda surprised as in the past I've never noticed such a distinct AM and tide change bite (low tide at 7:30am, -0.8 ft). The pinks are on the small size, at least our's were. Should be getting better day by day!
