Trolled From 5:45 until a little after 8. I was using a Silver flasher with cut bait and my buddy was using a green flasher with a hoochie. Neither of us boated anything. I thought my buddy got a strike but if he did it was quick and then gone. More than likely he just bumped the bottom or something. it was a beautiful evening other than no fish on the lines. Talked to a few others in the area and nobody was reporting much of anything. There were some birds in the area but they didn't seem that active so I don't know if there was a whole lot of bait in the water. Marked some fish on the finder but they seemed to be hugging the bottom. It is a cheaper unit though so no distinguishing what they possibly were. Heading back out on Sat. morning. Hopefully with some better luck.
