Here I go again, Hit the water at 5:30 am, thougth I'd try the moring fish since I've had no luck during the day. Fished the slag pile and Pt. Defiance fisrt thing. I was surprized at the amount of boats there, it would make one think the fishing was great. Did not see a single fish caught. Had to pick the wife up at the dock about 1:30 pm and that's when we checked our crab pots. Fished the mouth of the puyallup for about 2 hours. Wife and kids left about 4 PM and I stayed out til dark. Jigged some at the point then headed out to Gig Harbor. Trolled there, was seeing fish in water from 80 to 100' in about 130 fow. Thougth for sure I'd catch something. Threw everything I had at them, spoons, hoochies, Gulp squid, herring. Tried all colors, black, white, green, purple you name it. Next time I think I'll take some dinamite then I know I'll get some fish, HAHA
Sure wish I could figure this area out. Went to Possestion Point monday and tuesday and had a great time there catching fish.
Heard it had gotten good here but could not tell it by me. Did not see a single fish caught today, the boat houe only had a count of 4 by 5 pm.
