We switched between 1/4 OZ Eagle Claw steel head jigs in pink / pink orange and 5/8 Luhr Jensen Krocodile chrome / blue spoons. Once we were in a school of fish we would cast a few on one set up then switch up and cast on the other. I put a picture of the jig and spoon in my gallery. My buddy also rigged a jig below the bobber shown in the picture because he is going to fish from the bank before work. Casting the bobber with jig set 3 feet below and giving is a twitch and a turn on the reel proved to be effective method. I have no doubt that he will catch fish from the bank next week. I used my light trout poles with 6 l b. test and we really had to play the fish to get them to the boat. Good luck!
