Two days of easy limits!

Wednesday's weather was monsoon like but the clams were quick to drop in the bag. The shows were a bit tricky to spot just slight indentations under the sheets of rain water. The rain came down so heavy some of what we wanted to be shows were rain drops landing on the sand. Getting limits wednesday was especially sweet given the weather.

Thursday's weather was very pleasant and the shows were very easily spotted "donuts"! I don't recall seeing so many "donut" shows at one time! Phenomenal! We got our thursday limits about an hour before low tide.... Never had been that easy for Robyn and I..... Oh, except for popping something in my back wednesday... It's all good though, I had Robyn sit on my back for a while at the Grayland Motel in Grayland.. three distinct cracks indicated my spine was back in alignment! LOL

We ate in Westport and Tokeland. Wonderful sized portions at the Westwind cafe in WP and a bottomless buffet at the casino..

Nice report Mark. Should probably ask in a Pm, but how us Robyn? Did either of you make a sizable contribution to the casino? I usually do!

Robyn is doing wonderful considering the chemo and radiation, not to mention the cancer... We started that journey with an open book policy, figured it would be easier if we had a bit-O-emotional support on the trek. Worked well for us, we gathered tons of info from others who had experienced that damn cancer and other cancers. Prepared and scared us, surprised us when Robyn's cancer was obliterated, made us extremely thankful for Robyn's results. Saddens us when we hear of the passing of those cancer patients, that helped us through our dilemma. She's got some tissue damage from the radiation, hardened tissue that causes discomfort. The docs at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance are looking at drugs to treat the masses first and as a back up, surgical removal. Her 7 month PET and CT scans showed NO cancer whatsoever anywhere! She's going to be alive to torture me for at least another 10 years or so..... Oh GOD, what have I done! LOL

Casino..... I ate enough at the buffet to cover any losses at the slots! LOL She plays while I eat.... It's been our routine there for about the last dozen years.
