8/11/2013 6:12:00 AMwe fished the derby and started at Pt. Defiance and worked our way over to Browns point and trolled all the way to Redondo to see only 3 fish caught the whole day by 2pm. Very very slow probably due to pressure change with that crazy lightning storm the night before. Was looking for you out there.

8/11/2013 8:44:00 AMWe didn't fish the derby. Was considering it, but wife had an event yesterday so it was her turn to go play. Spent the day making some tune-ups to boat and fishing gear. Next weekend my chapter of PSA has a wounded warrior event and I'll probably be doing some cooking and other logistical support at the Des Moines marina. I think we'll fish the Vashon humpy derby in a couple of weeks. Sorry to hear the fish were unresponsive for you again. I had the results texted to me from the GHPSA guys and there were 69 fish weighed in for the derby so at least some were having success. Good luck out there!
